Not perfect. Not controlled. Just easeful. You nourish yourself well, you enjoy it, and your mind feels quietier about it.
Get cozy in the comfort of your home and be guided through a full-body relaxation, and a guided visualization meditation with plenty of time to destress, tap in, and do some powerful inner work around your relationship with food.
ONLINE WORKSHOP: Sunday, August 30th @ 9am PST / 12pm EST
Understand Your Relationship With Food Through a Whole New Lens
A Live Group Guided Meditation
Here's a thought to sit with. What if your relationship with food is a lot like a relationship with a person? It can hold tension or trust, distance or closeness. And like any relationship, it can be healed.
For a lot of women, that idea changes everything. Because food has taken up more space in their head than they'd like for a long time. They know what to do, but doing it has never felt simple. They've started over more times than they can count.
If any of that sounds familiar, this is for you.
Because the struggle with food is about so much more than the food itself, and this time together will gently start to show you what it's really been about.
Many women have called this the moment everything finally made sense.
You'll be guided through a deep relaxation, taken somewhere beautiful in your mind's eye, and walked gently through what it could feel like to bring trust, presence, compassion, and connection into your relationship with food. The same way you would with someone you love.
No meditation experience needed. Only a willingness to get cozy, settle in, and let yourself be gently guided. Whether you're brand new to this or you've been meditating for years, these workshops are grounding, supportive, and nourishing. I'd love for you to come experience it with us.

"I am someone who cannot easily quiet my thoughts so I struggle with standard meditation and I really prefer guided meditations. Shelly's guided meditation sessions are relaxing and powerful at the same time. I have seen and continue to see amazing results from these workshops.”
Arrive, Introduce, Connect.
As you arrive in the Zoom room, we'll open with a quick round of introductions so you can connect with the women you'll be sharing space with. I'll offer a little guidance, a few tips, and answer any questions before we begin.
Get Cozy, Relax, Journey Within.
You'll turn your camera off, settle into a quiet, comfortable spot in your home, and be guided through a full-body relaxation and visualization.
Reflect, Share, Connect.
When the meditation ends, you'll take a few minutes to journal what surfaced while it's still fresh. Then we'll turn the cameras back on, come back together, and share about the experience. This is the part women tell me they didn't expect to love. You're always welcome to slip away here if you'd rather stay in your own quiet.
Come Get Cozy With Us!
This is a small, live gathering. I keep the group intimate on purpose, so seats are limited.
To hold your spot, choose what you'd like to contribute.
Pay what you wish, $10 to $30 suggested.
The workshop runs about 90 minutes. Once you register, you'll get an email with everything you need.
These sessions are live only. No recordings, no replays. Part of what makes them work is that we're all here, together, in the same moment.

"Shelly Haas is an extraordinary woman. It was my first time meditating and I was quite nervous! Shelly exuded peace and calm, (even the cadence of her voice is soothing)! She immediately put my fears at ease and made me feel welcome. I've been attending Shelly's guided mediations and various other workshops since that first one, and it's a highlight of my week... I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to attend anything Shelly offers!"

"I have attended several of Shelly's meditation and self-development workshops, and always come back feeling empowered, and learning more about myself... The guided meditations are my favorite, as they bring me into deep realms of consciousness, and help me to examine and face my fears. Mostly, it is Shelly's loving energy, wisdom and skill as a facilitator that helps to direct the overall flow of the sessions. In one word, I would say that Shelly is authentic."
Hey! I'm Shelly.

I'm a nature junkie, an adventuring nomad, and an unapologetic foodie.
I'm a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a certified Transformational Life Coach.
I've done the extremes with food. The cleanses, the fasts, the rules I thought were about health but were really about not liking my own body.
Your story might look nothing like mine. Maybe it's been years of yo-yo dieting, or just a long stretch of feeling at odds with food and your body that never quite lets up. However it's shown up for you, that's what this work is for. I found my way to the other side of it, to peace with my body and a way of nourishing myself that feels good and natural instead of like one more thing to get right. That's what I guide women through now, and it goes so much deeper than food. It reaches into how you talk to yourself, what you believe you're allowed, and how you move through your everyday life.
Visualization meditation has been one of the most powerful tools on my own journey, and I've been guiding women through it for ten years because of what happens for them inside it. There's something about doing this work together, in the same room at the same time, that you just can't reach on your own.
I'd love for you to come experience this with me.
