In these lessons you'll learn and embody the core principles of Easeful Eating so you can make confident choices anywhere. Revisit anytime when you want a reset.

MODULE #3

The Explorer's Library: (Ever-growing)

Your on-demand, pick-what-you-need lesson library to personalize your path—stress/emotional eating tools, meal prep, clean eating simplified, cultivating body love, developing supportive habits, reducing sugar sensibly, guided meditations, and so much more. New lessons will be added over time so you always have what you need, when you need it.

Community & Coaching:

Weekly live group coaching (minimum 4 calls/month), private Facebook community, and replays of coaching calls while you’re enrolled so you never miss a step.

PRIVATE COACHING (Member Rate)

Whenever you want deeper personal support, you can book discounted private coaching sessions with Shelly while you’re enrolled. 

STAY UNTIL IT STICKS

After your 4 months, you can continue month-to-month with the full container—Modules 1–3, weekly coaching, community, and replays—for as long as you want support. Foundations (Module 2) is yours for life, whether you stay or not. The goal: leave when you feel fully confident.

I'M SHELLY.

I’m a Certified Transformational Life Coach and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and I’ve worked with women & food for over a decade.

My work centers on creating a safe & supportive space where you bring mindfulness into your relationship with food and your body, learn to listen to and trust your body, and build habits—and a healthy relationship with food—that last. Clients consistently tell me they feel safe, seen, deeply supported, free to be themselves and do the work they came here to do. I don’t hand out rigid plans—because they don’t stick. I help you discover a way of nourishing your body that fits your life and that you enjoy, so it lasts.
